- Set a comfortable temperature
- Turn on the water heater
- Close the closet & cabinet doors
- Open the blinds, shutters and drapes as required
- Open the garage lock and plug in the garage door opener
- Unpack the pool- and lanai furniture's
- Turn on the ice maker
- Check the clocks for correct times
- Grocery shopping of what you like (optional, fee on top)
- Pick up your pets by friends or at the pet resort (optional, fee on top)
- When your arrival is in the evening turn the lights on and turn music on (optional)
- Order food for the time of your arrival (optional)
- Organize a cleaning company (optional, fees on top)

We would like to help you with your grocery shopping.
Not only when you come back from your vacation, but also when you want to, when you don't have time for it or don't know what to buy. Sometimes you stand in the supermarket and you don't know exactly what to cook.
Or you worked late and it's not possible to go to the grocery and for delivery and pick up it's to late. Or if you are sick and the stores are not able to deliver on the same day. Or the healthy store don't over delivery. Happens to me.
As a mum of 3 children I cook something different every day.
I can also shop in a variety of ways. Since I am a vegetarian and was a vegan, I also pay close attention to the ingredients, thus to healthy food, I can help you here as well and of course for the other meals as well.

We use cool boxes for our purchases so that your purchase arrives at your home freshly and safely.

Storms during the summer months in Florida can causing damage to properties from high winds, heavy rain, flooding, and dangerous lighting.
Essential home systems, like air conditioning, security alarms, and pool systems can be damaged or De-energized by power outages and surges.
Inspectors Home Watch will check the interior and exterior of your home after a severe storm event.
- Check fuse/circuit breaker box
- Hurricane preperations before and after the storm:
-> Install/Remove or coordinate storm shutter
-> Bring outdoor furniture and items indoors and after again outdoors
We will take pictures and videos and send a report to you.
